This year, we are focusing our attention on improving student abilities in Mathematics, and there are some exciting things happening in our classes! We consistently provide quality education to all students, as evidenced by our exceptional EQAO scores and a wide variety of additional data collected by teachers and the school on a regular basis. George-German also holds high academic standards for all students. George-German is also a SILVER-certified EcoSchool, and we work hard to be environmentally responsible citizens in our school and in our community. Our students are very involved in community sports, intramural and competitive school teams, and a wide variety of other clubs and activities. George-German prides itself on the athletic and community involvement of its students and teachers. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. We have an active School Council that meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30-7:30pm at the school. We also provide French instruction in grades 4-8.
We offer a full day, Early Learning Kindergarten program for approximately 75 students.
We have approximately 400 students from junior kindergarten to grade 8 attending our school.
